How do I register, and are there participant limits?
Our programs are announced regularly on Instagram, and registration closes once all available spots have been filled. To ensure every Little Explorer receives a meaningful and personalized experience, we intentionally keep our family programs small with limited participant numbers.
What happens if the weather is bad or a program is postponed?
We work closely with our local partners to monitor conditions and ensure it is safe to run every program. If circumstances are not suitable, the program will be rescheduled rather than canceled. The safety and comfort of every Little Explorer and their family are always our highest priorities.
Do you offer programs for schools or private groups?
Yes. Schools, organizations, and private groups are welcome to join our programs. You can choose from our existing adventure themes or request a customized program tailored to your specific needs. We’re happy to design learning experiences that align with your curriculum, educational objectives, and group goals.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. Once payment is received, it is immediately allocated to various aspects of the program, including support for the local communities that have prepared for your family’s visit.
If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a replacement participant. This policy reflects our commitment to honoring the trust and livelihoods of our local partners.
