A registration is considered complete once:
- Participant information has been submitted in full.
- Payment has been received according to the applicable terms.
- A confirmation has been issued by the Insan Wisata Kids team.
3. Participants
Our programs are designed for children and may require the accompaniment of parents, guardians, schools, or institutions, depending on the specific program.
Participants are expected to:
- Follow the instructions of our facilitators.
- Respect the safety of themselves and others.
- Respect local communities, culture, wildlife, and the environment.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of each destination.
4. Payment
Program fees may vary depending on the activity, location, number of participants, and special requirements.
Payment must be made using the methods provided by Insan Wisata Kids. Registration is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
5. Schedule Changes
Insan Wisata Kids reserves the right to modify program schedules due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather
- Natural disasters
- Safety concerns
- Government regulations
- Force majeure events
If changes occur, participants will be informed as soon as possible, along with available rescheduling or alternative options.

Photos and videos may be taken during activities for documentation purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify our team before the program begins.
